Shipping Policy


We offer a number of shipping methods for your convenience. Depending on the item(s) you purchase on and the location to which the items will be delivered, different shipping methods are available. At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your item(s). Shipping costs are based on the shipping method chosen and the value of the total order. Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order. 

If available where you live, you will have the option to upgrade your shipping method for faster delivery (such as Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express). If you choose to upgrade your shipping method to Second Day, your order must be received and clear credit authorization by 1:00 p.m. EST or your order may not be processed until the following business day. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States where our warehouse is located.

After you are billed, your Boxed Essentials are processed immediately and will be shipped within 3 business days of successful payment. Once the box leaves our warehouse, the box will arrive to you within 3-7 business days for U.S. locations and 8-21 business days for international locations. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once the package has been shipped.

What happens if my box is not delivered? 

Sometimes things happen. We’ll be happy to evaluate your situation on a case by case basis and figure out the appropriate resolution to your situation at hand. We will not issue any replacements or refunds for orders where issues are not addressed within 30 days of shipping.
